How to connect

  1. Switch on WiFi on your phone.
  2. Choose the Waterberg Connect network.
  3. A page opens on its own. If it does not, open your browser and go to any website.
  4. Follow the prompts to choose and pay for your voucher.
  5. You are online until your voucher runs out.

How to buy a voucher

  1. Buy a 1Voucher at your nearest shop or tavern, and keep the slip.
  2. Connect your phone's WiFi to Waterberg Connect.
  3. Follow the prompts and pay with your 1Voucher.
  4. Vouchers start at R7 for one full day.

Lost voucher

  1. Send us the date, where you bought your 1Voucher and the amount on WhatsApp.
  2. If it has not been used yet, we will help you use it.
  3. If it was already used, we cannot replace it, so keep the slip until your WiFi days are finished.

Report a WiFi problem

  1. Send us your area on WhatsApp, for example the shop or street nearest to you.
  2. Tell us when it stopped working.
  3. We will tell you what we find and when it will be back.
